Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. After this, we will start processing your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary, but typically take 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment: We will send you a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. You will receive this information via the email you provided at checkout. If for any reason, you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, kindly reach out to us at sales@homebaronline.com
Shipping Limitations: We currently only ship to customers within the United States.
Shipping Options: Our base shipping option is "Curb-side" Pickup, which is usually free. This delivery method takes approximately 5-7 days to arrive after your order has been processed. However, we also offer the following shipping options:
- Threshold Shipping: With this option, your order will be brought to your porch or garage area.
- White Glove Delivery: This option includes delivery to your desired room, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging. Please note that saunas will not be assembled.
