Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Home Bars Online, we strive to provide the best possible return policies in the industry. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it ships completely free of charge, with some exceptions like custom orders. Please contact us through our email sales@homebaronline.com or call us at 620-445-0939 if you have any questions.

Cancellation (Before Order Ships):

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can refund your full payment before your order leaves our warehouse. You can contact us during our business hours at 620-445-0939 , via the chat option in the bottom right corner of our website, or by emailing us at: sales@homebaronline.com.

Cancellation of Custom Orders:

Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are produced specifically for your order. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us through email or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns:

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. However, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange processes.

If you are returning a product outright, a 25% cancellation fee plus the return shipping costs will be charged due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs. However, if you're replacing the product with something else, we may help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

30-Day Return Window: You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate returns for swift processing.

Shipping Times:

We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages, and all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 10-16 business days minus any lead times. While order delays are sometimes unavoidable and beyond our control, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Purchase Acknowledgement and Exchange Agreement

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: I acknowledge that upon receiving my order from Home Bars Online, it is my responsibility to thoroughly inspect the package. If any damage is observed, I will take pictures and promptly notify Home Bars Online within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return Process and Costs: I understand that in the event of a refund or exchange, I will bear the cost of return shipping and the shipping fees for the replacement product. It is also understood that returned products must be unopened and unused. A potential restocking fee may apply.

  • Refund and Shipping Policy: I am aware that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund might not be possible. Any return of shipped orders will incur return shipping fees and potentially restocking fees, typically around 25%.

  • Shipping Estimates: I acknowledge that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond Home Bars Online's control.

  • Order Delays and Chargebacks: I fully understand and agree not to initiate an order cancellation or file a chargeback due to delays caused by factors beyond the control of Home Bars Online. This includes instances where estimated delivery times are inaccurate due to limitations in manufacturing and logistical processes of partner companies.

Note: The return window for products is 30 days from the date of delivery.

When you make a purchase from Home Bars Online, you agree to the Exchange Agreement. This includes inspecting the package upon delivery, notating and taking pictures if there's any damage, and sending them to us within 24 hours of delivery. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping and a new product if you return or exchange a product. Additionally, any products that are returned must be unopened and unused, and an additional restocking fee may apply.

Please note you have a 30-day return window to return the product after the date of delivery.

Damages:

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take note of it when signing for delivery and send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@homebaronline.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf, but photos and videos of freight damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival.

Warranty:

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer, so please see individual product pages for details. If an item is damaged upon arrival but not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions:

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased separately. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

Chargebacks:

We have a team of agents available to assist you and resolve any issues. If you have any issues with a product or have not received it, please contact us instead of filing a fraudulent chargeback. We believe that our policies are the most fair in the industry, and we are always willing to help you find a resolution. Any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft.
